Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Biotech Researcher to join our dynamic research and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotechnology, molecular biology, or a related field, with a passion for sustainable agriculture and organic farming. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing biotechnological solutions to enhance crop productivity, disease resistance, and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research to develop and improve biotechnological methods for crop enhancement, soil health, and pest management.

Design and execute experiments to study plant genetics, microbial interactions, and molecular pathways.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical agricultural solutions.

Analyze and interpret experimental data, and prepare detailed reports and presentations.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in biotechnology and sustainable agriculture.

Ensure compliance with ethical, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Contribute to the development of patents, publications, and grant proposals.

Qualifications:

PhD or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Plant Sciences, or a related field.

Proven experience in molecular biology techniques, genetic engineering, and bioinformatics.

Strong knowledge of plant-microbe interactions, genomics, and metabolic pathways.

Proficiency in data analysis software and laboratory instrumentation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to research.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sustainable agriculture or organic farming research.

Familiarity with CRISPR/Cas9 or other gene-editing technologies.

Prior experience in grant writing or patent development.
