We are seeking a skilled and passionate Dairy Technologist to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge dairy-based pet care products.

Job Description:
As a Dairy Technologist at CrimsonPaw Pet Care, you will play a key role in the research, development, and production of dairy-based pet food and supplements. You will work closely with our R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure the highest standards of product quality, safety, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

Develop and optimize dairy-based pet food and supplement formulations.

Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and processes to enhance product quality and nutritional value.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.

Monitor and maintain the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements in dairy processing techniques to increase efficiency and product quality.

Collaborate with the production team to scale up new products from pilot to full-scale production.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and production processes.

Prepare technical reports and present findings to the R&D and management teams.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to ensure products meet consumer needs and market trends.

Provide technical support to the sales and customer service teams as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dairy product development, preferably in the pet food or animal nutrition industry.

Strong knowledge of dairy processing, food safety standards, and quality control.

Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Passion for pets and their well-being is a plus.
