Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled R&D Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and development, with a focus on sustainable agriculture, organic farming practices, and innovative food production technologies. This role will involve designing, testing, and implementing new solutions to improve agricultural efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and development activities to innovate and improve organic farming techniques and sustainable agricultural practices.

Design and prototype new tools, equipment, and systems for organic food production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including agronomists, scientists, and engineers, to develop and test new products and processes.

Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on research findings, including recommendations for implementation.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to organic farming and sustainable agriculture.

Ensure all R&D activities align with the company’s mission, values, and sustainability goals.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Present research findings and project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in research and development, preferably in the agriculture or food production industry.

Strong knowledge of organic farming practices, sustainable agriculture, and food production technologies.

Proficiency in data analysis, CAD software, and prototyping tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to innovation.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
